I spoke with 32 UX job seekers in 2 months- here’s what they need from their senior colleagues

I co-facilitated a roundtable in which four UX professionals answered questions and shared their experiences with peers on their decisions to enter CX, move into (or leave) leadership, and what their work values are. We were joined by about 40 attendees from government agencies and private industry!
